Delete a BooKoo account
Delete in the app or request deletion from the web.

In the app
Open BooKoo, choose Settings > Account > Delete account, and confirm twice. Transfer or delete ledgers you solely own first.
External request
If you cannot access the app, email the account email or handle below. Never send a password, OTP, receipt, amount, or government ID. We verify the account through a safe method.
What is deleted
Provider access is revoked and a 30-day recovery period begins. Then profile, provider links, authored comments, uploaded photos and account-owned data are erased. Shared financial rows may remain with a de-identified author. Minimum legally required records stay segregated.
Cancel
Verify yourself and cancel within 30 days. Deletion cannot be reversed afterward.
