Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the BooKoo shared-ledger service.

1. Service and acceptance
BooKoo is a Free and Pro service for manually recording income and expenses with invited members. Free may include limited advertising. Pro is an app-store subscription that removes ads and adds collaboration features. Completing an account separately accepts these Terms, acknowledges the Privacy Policy, and attests that the user is at least 14. Pro billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the displayed Apple App Store or Google Play terms and policies.
2. Accounts
Verify yourself with an accurate email or supported provider and protect authentication methods. Do not use another account or disclose OTPs and invitation links. Handles must be unique and must not impersonate, violate law, or contain abusive content.
3. Ledgers and roles
Owners and administrators manage invitations, roles, settings, export and deletion. Members act under the ledger policy. Sharing an invitation may grant access, so verify changes that affect other members.
4. User content and safety
You must have rights to entries, memos, comments and photos you submit. Illegal, deceptive, harassing, impersonating, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive content is prohibited. Reporting and blocking are available; access or content may be restricted for safety and law.
5. Financial disclaimer
BooKoo is a manual record, not banking, payments, money transfer, investment, tax, or professional financial advice. Verify entries and use primary records and qualified advice for important decisions.
6. Changes and availability
Features may change or pause for security, law, performance or improvement. We use reasonable recovery efforts but cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet, device, or third-party provider availability.
7. Termination and deletion
Request deletion in Settings. Data is erased after a 30-day recovery period as stated in the Privacy Policy. Shared records may remain with a de-identified author; sole-owned ledgers must be transferred or deleted first.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the service is provided as available. Nothing limits mandatory withdrawal or refund rights for a paid Pro subscription, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Users remain responsible for violations and incorrect inputs or sharing.
9. Law and contact
Korean law applies. Contact hyo.dev · hyo@hyo.dev first to resolve a dispute. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction are not limited.
10. Changes and versions
Material changes are announced before effect and may require renewed acceptance. This is the initial published version; version history is retained separately.
